******HOW TO APPLY******
[-] For Windows 7, use CustomizerGod (look it up, its a toolbox for customizing Windows 7), locate 'Start Button' section and use the available functions there to apply the bitmap. Or you can use your preferred tool to do this.

******FOR THEME DEVELOPERS******
If you would like to integrate the start bitmap in your themes, contact me here and include my username in your theme credits.
