Well here it goes :
The two people in the image are the same person which is me that if you didn't discover that and I first made it to be open for interpretation by people, each person can translate it to whatever he/she feel when they see it Yet I also had my own vision in it too which is being your own worst enemy. The whole collection is about someone so young, so rich and probably so famous yet so complicated as a character as well so this image along with it's sisters portray the feelings of the model, all this is going in his head, it's like he's struggling to understand himself, the world and what he really wants, struggling between his love for money and love for emotions at the same time I had feelings that the image is about one's own desire, he has a desire for something and it makes him feel so good hence you see an expression on the ME who's laying on the couch that looks more like a state of trance or sexual climax yet at the same time we see this other self of his on top of him is trying to suffocate / kill him, so basically what he wants / what makes him feel so good is actually killing him or hurting him.
Another interpretation that I intended to deliver here is that some people find satisfaction through abuse, that would be the most obvious and least profound meaning of the image which isn't my favorite actually but it does exist, from the title of the image you see a mixture of Abuse and Satisfaction which you can notice from the first look at the image before delving deeper into what other meanings it holds.
The desire that may be understood from this artwork is unprotected sex, or drugs, or alcohol. I'm personally opposes to Alcohol and Drugs of any kind and I wish most people would oppose it as well because it's a self-destruction system.
