=O I love this style of hair way more than the last one! A bit weird that the front of her hair is shorter than the back, though. You probably heard a lot about the head already so I won't comment on that
The hands... Something's weird with her fingers xD I imagine them more... upward >=3 I can't tell whether I like the new shading style or not though.
Great improvements! (I feel like I'm falling behind).

Hey Rin, if I may give you a little tip that will make every new drawing of yours alot more awesome.
Try putting the hair abit more down, like make the head smaller in height?
Just try it for your next drawing, I want to see what it looks like then :3.
