Tempest indeed looks like Gohan, but he has totally different moves. I gave him more Street Fighter based moves for example, since he as well as his girlfriend Xeno are my customs.

No, both Tempest and Xeno are madly in love with each other and are really friendly (a bit of Gohan's Personality). What I meant is that both Tempest and Xeno have a more violent intent in powers, which tend to come up during fights.
Tempest has the Satsui no Hadou (surge of Murderous Intent), and Xeno has been cursed with Orochi Blood (from Orochi, the main villain of the King of Fighters).

In my animation serial it is. Xeno even possesses moves from Orochi himself, and in my animation serial, the Z-Fighters will even fight against Orochi.
