It's not that I hate GT Trunks, I just prefer the other ones. In this picture I portrayed him in (in my opinion) his worst state in GT, he actually does have some good moments. Not as much as Future Trunks though.
GT on its own isn't the worst series in the world, not at all. It's just not as good as Z.

DON'T SHOOT ME...but I really prefer GT Trunks. XDDD Just because he's so sweet & relaxed, whereas Future Trunks is always fretting about something. Plus, who doesn't love a world where you get to see Vegeta tell his son that he'll take him to the park for an hour if he can punch Vegeta in the face? XD
I think the main problem with GT is that it focused too much on Goku & Vegeta being powerful, therefore making everyone else weak. I mean, Gohan's supposed to be SUPERFREAKINGPOWERFUL.... & he got beaten so easily by various enemies. I like GT more for the comical adventures across the universe (especially sticking poor Trunks in a dress XDDDDD).

xD Well, I do prefer kid Trunks over all of them.. And I pictured GT Trunks at his worst moment xD He does have a lot of good ones, I just don't like his colouring in GT.. A little bit more tanned and he would've been great xD

Wasn't there a different artist for GT? I think that may be why he's quite different... I'm just amazed at how geeky he looked when you first see him in GT. XDDD He looks fine in the white shorts outfit, though. It's his mother's fault for his silly fashion sense.

I really liked that weird yellow&black vest he had at the end of DBZ when he & Goten were teenagers. I don't know why, but it's my favorite. XD

Goten looks good pretty much ALL the time, which is very pleasing. XD Still though, I wish we could've had a Gotenks moment in DBGT. ;-; Would've been totally epic.

Yeah but come on. His moments were direct reference to future Trunks.
A. He discovers and tries to destroy Baby. Isn't Baby just a rip off of cell? Plus Trunks was the only one, in both versions, who didn't want to fight Baby/Cell, instead wanting to prematurely destroy him.
B. He's the first one to discover Android 17. He LOST to the android. Hmmm reference to Future Trunks perhaps? I SAY YES!

Yeah, you're right. Also, GT Trunks shouldn't have lost to 17. True, he's supposed to be 'stronger' there, because of his other half, but they're still apart. Trunks shouldn't have lost.

Nah I understand why he did. The strongest he ever got alone was supersaiyan.
When he teamed up with Goten without fusing they matched 18, and 17 is stronger than her.
Plus 20+ years of not training would make him weaker.

You'd think Vegeta would push Trunks a little bit more to go training.

But remember he didn't even know Trunks was a ssj till he was 8. Trunks didn't even remember when he first turned.
Obviously that means he wasn't really training Trunks early on.
Also you saw his attitude at the end. Called his son a slacker.
In the end it's all quite depressing.

They should've stopped after the episode he's always late or something.
It's not that I don't like the whole Pan, Uub, teen Goten and Trunks idea,
it's just that in that other episode it could've ended without the possibility someone would mess it up again later..
