The picture is Paragon's first appearance into Dragon Ball Z, and the clothes she wears later.Take into account she is younger than Goku, so her first appearance is kind of like teenanger. Roughly around 16-18 yrs old.
Also she is a Princess on the planet she grew up on. I do not have a name for the planet so oh well XD

Oh ok, i was looking at saiyan bases and stubled across yours and it is amazing how do u get the gaphics to look so good? Like the black outline its nice, the base is like hard to explain but how did u do it?

I think i oulined an old bulma picture to practice the body all i needed was the figure then i did everything myself. The hair,clothes colors etc.

I make a new layer and with a black line I outline the picture underneath.

You outline the figure of the person in the new layer you made in the layers box

well i don't know about the ugly part if you have a steady hand maybe. but yeah make a new layer and outline on th new layer which means trace it yourself with the brush tool
