Description
After a bit of deciding on how I wanted Runics elemental form to look like, I decided this was a good enough design. similar to Gingers, but different enough that it is its own thing.

Unlike Gingers wraith form, Runics Permafrost form doesn't give him intangibility. he's just really tanky, and he can keep it on for way longer too.

Also, it's a 50/50 split on whether or not he takes off the jacket/coat while fighting in this phase.

he also almost constantly has water-vapour/frost coming out of his mouth in this form too.

I'll describe some of his abilities below.

He's still got his naginata, but he doesn't really use it when he activates this form. cause he can now create weapons of ice, ranging from spears, swords, hammers and axes to whatever else too, really. he also has stronger snow powers in this form too, being able to make an island completely blanketed in snow, making it damn near impossible for others aside from himself to see. he can create ice bones too, that slow a target down when hit by them.
