Yeah.... I figured out the textures/bump maps. This is my crude first effort, time to take it slow and do it well....(Poison is copyright of Capcom)

Once you have the tools folks have made for extracting parts of Capcom's files, and Google which files are for what, it's just a matter of editing the polygons and texture/bump-map files in Maya/Photoshop.
I only picked this one up for the purpose of modding... I'll post vids of the cutscenes with these beefed up characters on Youtube for anyone (probably everyone) who can't use the mod without the game!

Juri's at the top of my list, but is also one character I don't know how I'm going to do. Those damn pants! I either have to take them off completely or just make them so tight that you can see definition through them... which would be easier if the ends didn't jiggle/move!
