So fun fact, this is actually my character! And you can see the circumstances of this particular situation in this story:
Into the Spider's Den [F/F]Amber sighed as the she peeked her head out the doorway, looking both ways to make sure the hallway was empty. Thankfully classes had long since let out, hopefully meaning that no one would be around, or at the very least pay attention to, her very awkward shuffle. She flipped her hoodie up; both to protect her from the rain outside, as well as hide the white waistband that was currently snapped onto her forehead. A particularly cruel Untouchable had dealt this wedgie to her and threatened something “far worse” if she had removed it before reaching her dorm room.
