This is my entry for the Wai-con 2005 art competition! The theme is 'cosplay' (as in, drawing anime characters cosplaying).
..and really, this idea had to be done. Anyone who's seen both Yu Yu Hakusho and Bleach will probably have noticed a few 'little' plot and character similarities between the two animes.I'm amazed that I managed to get this done in time. Please excuse any errors with the costumes, I really did do this in a rush. Only one day to Wai-con now, I sure am cutting it pretty close!

You know, Bleach almost didn't get published because one thought that it was too similar to Yu Yu Hakusho.

Actually YYH is the only anime I can compare BLEACH to.>.> Though before I thought of YYH I was comparing it to Shaman King minus the fighting to be the Shaman King.

Other than that the Inoue one (haven't seen YuYu) seems to have her eyes abit to close together I seriously like this one.

And, Ichigo is using the Spirit Gun, while Chad is using the Spirit Sword, Rukia is riding on a boat oar, Kon is flying by his ears, Orihime is being some totally useless character, and Ishida is swinging around some rose whip thingie.

Y'know, I SHOULD have realized the similarities between Yu Yu Hakusho and Bleach but I haven't, must be because I haven't seen YYH in years @_@;;;
