He did so she studied the real Madara's battles when she devised her plan to kill Tobi and damn near succeeded so if she was revived with Edo Tensei, now knowing about one of the Uchiha secret techniques, she could probably take down Madara by herself. I think that's the reason she can't be revived. It would be no problem for someone like Suigetsu to dive to the bottom of the lake and retrieve her and Jiraiya's bodies.
Tobi is an excellent liar, he is what every shinobi should aspire to: intelligent, cunning, secretive, can hide in plain sight, manipulative, etc.
Yep, but he helped Kisame in that regard since the shark was so confused about his own life, he really gave Kisame a place to be comfortable. I wanted Kisame to live and confront Sasuke without anyone to hold him back, I be he really could have told Sasuke some sad stories about Itachi's life and illness.

Konan's death was the most selfish thing Kishi-sensei has done, with her gone, who's ruling Amegakure?! Everything Yahiko and Nagato worked and died for comes undone without Konan to protect it. Her death really made no sense. So much could have been done with her, like she nor Itachi trusted Tobi so why did they never work together to get rid of him? Konan & Itachi vs Tobi, that would have been one bad ass battle, but then Tobi would have gathered Kisame and Nagato to his side and we would have had Akatsuki in-fighting which would have been interesting since Nagato & Konan would never hurt each other and Kisame probably wouldn't have hurt Itachi either. I love Konan, she and Itachi were the two most mature people in the entire damn series.
I loved that Tobi really was the big boss of the series until Madara appeared, he single-handedly moved the entire story forward. Naruto and Sasuke really do owe the power they have to him, if he didn't steal the fox, Naruto wouldn't have the 9-Tails now, he didn't have to give Sasuke Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. The fact that Tobi never mentions this to Naruto is sad, he could totally guilt trip Naruto, "like kid, you wouldn't be who you are if it weren't for me. So thank me, sit down and shut the fuck up."
Kisame is so overly loyal to the Uchiha, he probably would become Sasuke's vassal.
They really do, the Akatsuki had a lot of potential, if they all lived and went after Killer Bee and Naruto together as a team, they would have had all 9 Bijuu by now.

so Itachi just found an opening and attacked.

Ahh Pain's defeat. Nagato's conversion of friendship, what a waste. I want Kakashi to die and stay dead.
I don't like these battles either, it's like everyone who should be involved isn't and the ones that are get taken out of the scenes somehow like Sakura and Sai who helped Naruto once then exited the fight without any real explanation. Or the Kage or Orochimaru, what the fuck are they doing while the fight is going on? Drinking tea?
I didn't forget that, I just don't believe that Mangekyo Sharingan can defeat Rinnegan even with Kabuto controlling Nagato. I hated that fight, how is it possible that Itachi can break Kabuto's control but the Sage of 6 Paths, Rinnegan user can't? I don't buy that.
Even if Deidara learned Tobi's true identity, it isn't like he knew who Obito was, what would he do about it? Other than, "Tobi, you're older than me?!" It would have been better if Jiraiaya learned his identity, like "first my students turn on me then the student of my favorite student, what the hell?" Jiraiya taught kids who grew up to be awesome and dangerous.
At this point, everyone can create better alternate stories of Naruto.

Deidara did find out that Tobi was the last member of Akatsuki left and that all of this was his planning when he was brought back. I remember that chapter.

I really admired Nagato up until that point, after his long flashback, I wondered why he would accept Naruto's point of view after all he suffered at the hands of Konoha. Kakashi isn't the only one that should be dead, Orochimaru and Tsunade should stay dead as well. And the Kage killed by Madara. Why does Gaara keep being brought back?
I don't know, that fight was so unnecessary to me, Nagato could have been put to better use fighting against the Shinobi Alliance. With the destruction he caused in Konoha, he could have destroyed the Shinobi Alliance forces. He could have gone up against Killer Bee and finally taken the 8 Tails from him. Nagato could have been used in better ways than fighting his own former comrade and dying again. Nagato being brought back had no real point.
Though this could have been avoided had Konan destroyed the Rinnegan after Nagato died.....or used it herself.

Tobi was great character till the revelation Tobi=Obito. The most boring about Obito are his dialogues/monologues... he isn't "the villian", the main opponent...but Madara neither. :/ And he is gonna end in the most cliché way in Naruto probably.
