Heh, yeah.

I started this a few weeks ago and worked on it off and on through finals (I'm done now, thank God). I really had an itch to draw something, and I wanted to draw Yuffie from Final Fantasy VII. I started well enough but somewhere in the first sketch I put cat ears on her and thought, "Hey, that looks really cute. Hey, what if I made her a Daemon?" So then I had a whole lot of fun coming up with her costume combined with Daemon armor, and what kind of Daemon she would be. Since I figured she would be a feline type, I made her a kind of Bobcat/Caracal cross, adding ear tuffs and a rather short but cute tail.

I had originaly given her the "default" Shiruken she had in the game and AC, but when I was working on it at my sister's house my neice and nephew thought it would be cool if I added a "knife" on each end, so you have them to thank for that. That freakin' Shiruken was a huge pain in the ass to draw and color. I have these new metalic colored pencils that look great, but they flake off really bad. The Shiruken itself collapes into a single blade, which if you are a Naruto fan you might reconise from that large "shadow windmill" whatever shiruken, I'm not sure, but it's in there! And yes, I know it's big, but a Daemon has much more strenght than an average human, so she would have no trouble useing it.

Hmm, I wonder if I could make a story out of this. Heh, there's a thought...
