Description
This is a new breed that will be showcased at Whiskey Briar Farms. We will mainly be working with Pintas but we will continue to have a few AQHA, APHA, AHA, and Percherons in the stables.
So you want a Pintabellez?
There are two ways to aquire one of these horses. You can either request a Pinta be imported for your stable or you can create your own. If you would like one imported, please send me a note with your "wishlist" of what you would like the horse to look like. You may NOT use lines that are not your own. Each horse must have a bio i.e., color, registered name, parents, personality. When your horse is created, please send me a note with a link to the horse so I can keep track of all these beauties.
If you have read and understand this, put "Pintabellez are painted beauties" in the note with a link to your horse.
There are no breeding limits.
These horses are not yet registered with HARPG or any other breed registry. When the breed is registered, links to the pages will be below.
If for some reason you decide you DO NOT want your Pinta any longer, please let me know and I will either take it back or adopt it out again.

What happens if you breed two (heterozygous) purebreds together but their offspring doesn't have any paint markings? Are they still registerable?

Yes, if their parents are both pure then they are still registerable.
I'm sure you've noticed, but I'm very new at genetics, so that end of the breeding is still alittle rough.

You're doing fine! I love the concept of this breed, if I didn't have a totally "realism" stable I'd be all over them

Thanks, it means alot! I like to keep my breeds semi-realistic. I might get a few draft-type horses that are completely unrealistic, but that won't be happening for a while now.

They're free. You just have to make a picture of them arriving along with a ref sheet.

haha yes, I understand, beleive me. I am suffering from a concussion and if my parents didn't remind me to eat dinner or go to bed, it would never get done. I'm glad I have them hounding me right now.

Fun. I remember I got a veeeerrrrryyyyy minor concussion two years ago because my horse freaked and I flipped over his shoulder and the middle of my neck was the first thing to hit the ground. And my mom and dad were in the BVI, so my poor grandmother almost had a heart attack... not fun I actually didn't show any signs of having one until about a week later when I was coming out of it.
Weird, huh?

Wow!I think concussions are a very common injury for horse riders haha. And yea, it was VERY obvious that I had a concussion the moment my friend found me.

Probably. I've been threatened a million times with having to change horses for my lesson, but... well, I'm still on Star
