And one of my horses is like that too! He's a rescued Peruvian Paso, scared to death of everything, poor boy. I don't ride him anymore as his suspensory ligaments are starting to give out (an unfortunately common problem in the breed), but I did ride him for several years. He was the first horse I ever cantered, actually. He was really funny; he'd spook at everything but he's sooooo eager to please, so him spooking usually consisted of him bolting for about fifteen feet and then standing there shaking and snorting until he calmed down. Odd thing was, he's scared to death of everything except cows. He loooooves cows. I used to ride him out across our hay field to visit our neighbors' cows and he'd get so excited XD
