Well I know it looks like my work, and there bound to be artist that similar styles and inspirations as me. Though it kinda bad form to make vague accusations of my art.

Well, if it genuinely is your own original artwork, then I apologize. However, I've seen quite a few examples of art theft, so it's hard for me not to suspect something here, especially when another artist I watch also has an otter character drawn in the same pose.

well generally not nice accuse someone of art thief unless you have proof. One picture with vaguely similar pose doesn't prove much. I'm familiar with artist you linked, I think he's an amazing artist. In no way did I every used any work as bases of mine. I general avoid using other people art as reference unless required to use it as reference for someone character.
In this picture was done as a request for an otter diving, there only so many diving poses honestly, add in fact otter's are natural flexible its pretty easy to see how two different artist would end up using similar poses. I did use a photo as reference for the pose.
I Don't mean come off as overly hostile. I can admire you wanting to protect someone else' work, just try not throw accusations unless there obvious tracing and stealing going on and not just a similar pose.
