Edit 1 (05/17/12): Why didn't anyone tell me I didn't say what program I used!? I blame you, .

For this vector, I decided to use Photoshop CS5.1 to vector this scene out. I went with Photoshop instead of Inkscape mainly because I haven't vectored anything as of recent in Photoshop (at least in a serious manner...Desert Rose), as well as being more comfortable in Photoshop than Inkscape.

Oh man, was this ever a challenge.

Well, I follow the vector club, although I am not a part of the club officially. So, I saw a journal appear in my watch list about how, with the Vector Club turning one a few weeks back, they were going to start doing larger projects, such as what you see above. Me, being the crazy pony that I am, said to myself and "Challenge accepted."

So, I started on this about approximately the same the vector club did, and I finished yesterday, but I didn't upload it due to being out at a jazz festival (That was AWESOME, by the way.) Anyways, now on to the explanation!

Well, this vector. What could I say about it...Well, let's start with the grass.

The grass wasn't that hard to begin with...but THOSE DAMN FLOWERS. SO. MUCH. TIME. WAS. SPENT. ON. THOSE. FLOWERS. Not even joking. Also, the details on the trees took a fair amount of time, but it was still not nearly as long as the flowers took, comparatively. Speaking of the trees, there happened to be more than I would have liked, unfortunately.

The mountains were, surprisingly, easy to do, even though there was a castle in the way. Also, on the topic of missing elements, yes, I do realize the clouds aren't in the picture...but, I'll tack those in later. So, it's technically both incomplete AND complete.

Regardless, feel free to use this however you like. I'd like a link back to whatever you use it for, however, just to see how it was incorporated. :3
