Description
I took a couple of creative liberties, to make the character more fantastical for the OCT setting. Dolls aren't used in proper Haitian Vodou, and Kalfu, the Lwa (an intermediate to the spiritual realms), isn't viewed as evil, but is very malicious.

This is the very first time I'll be auditioning for participation in an OCT. I'm very excited!

Backstory
When Anouk Danger was twenty-nine, she was diagnosed with lung cancer. Social systems failed her, pushing her to seek help from a source her family taught her to avoid.
Anouk approached the Petwo Lwa Kalfou, an evil, powerful spirit. Kalfou made a deal with her: Cure her cancer, and prolong her death (longevity) in exchange for her soul and service.
Anouk, given new life, changed her name to Sugar Danereux. She works as a messenger, retriever, and assassin.
It's been fifty years, and she no longer wants to obey the evil Kalfou's bidding. If she wins her freedom from the Haunted Library, Kalfou will return her soul, and remain cancer-fire. If she does not, she will burn on a stake for eternity.

Personality
Generally shy, and very serious. Soft towards children, and supports strong friendships between women. With her soul bound to Kalfou, she has been forced to hurt people, and the guilt has weighed on her for fifty years.
Likes: Spicy dishes. Sweets. Summers. Fireflies. Dresses. Art.
Dislikes: Sour candy. Rock music - especially the heavy/screamo variety.
