To be fair, we never knew how old Mike was in the first place and I also think he was the child from 4 so he should be in like his 30s by the third game (which most likely takes place in 2013; 30 years after the bite of 83)

But if he was about 4 years old in 1983, he would have been 14 in 1993 (fnaf 1). He was unable to work as a security guard.
Also if he was survived after the bite, it is unlikely that he would then he was allowed to work as a security guard after such a serious injury.
