Around here I started a different way to outline the panels.Notes:

-The line Lt. Surge isn't as funny as I found it in the Japanese HGSS. He literally says "ユーはストロング！" (Romaji: YUU wa SUTORONGU!), and his Japanese in general is like English with Japanese particles xD Ah well.
