Wow I absolutely love this piece. the colours that you used go together very well and you have great shading techniques. Even though it's a great piece if i have to point out things that i think is possible to improve would mainly be the shape of the girl and i guess a deeper shading would be nice to make the drawing have more depth. and also blending techniques especially on the sky would help improve the drawing a lot. I hope my comment helps you in your further artwork. I'm sure you will improve so much more with plenty of practice

I looked at this picture via the Feedback corner on Rising Artists and I really love it. It has A LOT of strong elements, and looking at your other colored pencil work, I'm blown away by your potential. I just started playing with this medium and I'm so impressed by the degree of saturation you've achieved! I also really love your compositional choices. You have an eye for how elements play together.
I think there are two major ways this piece could improve: First - the castle has some distortion. The lines in architecture have to be so specific to read well on paper and the spires are a little distracting as they are right now. And secondly, I think your values are a little monotone. By which I mean that if you run this drawing into a photo editing program and change it to black and white, it will look a little one dimensional.
Overall, I think this is reflective of so much skill - keep working with color pencil. You have so much talent! Well done!

I see what you mean with the castle, I was struggling with the castle, mostly when I draw one by heart it ends up like it's drawn by aΒ five year old kid, and I really need to practice buildings.
