Thanks to for bringing my attention to this lovely free tool EbSynth that helps you turn videos into drawings. I used a clip of girl flexing muscles and I am quite happy with results for a first try.

Basically you export your video into frames, pick few key frames and paint over that, then EbSynth will used that to transform rest of video frames into what you draw. Of course you can touch up frames later before making video out of them again.

Very cool and easy to use, plus it's free. I highly recommend it .
