He's a boy named Sylvain's OC.

Thanks to the Make a Wish foundation, DHX let him voice over his OC for this episode.
Poor boy has SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) in real life, its really really sweet they did that for him

and Stellar Eclipse is now a wonderful edition to the background cast

I think Steller is my favorite background pony of the season. It's really cool that the little boy who created him was included for Make-A-Wish, the stories about the kids getting to have really meaningful experiences always warms my heart.
