Birth Date - July 1
Species Originally - Pokemon, Sylveon: "Rithyl Ninvui"
NL Species - Rabbit
Personality - Gentle, quick tempered
Traits - Talent Coordinator, Subconcsious Warrior
Likes - Music, decorations, family & friends, affection, sleeping, energy snacks / drinks.
Dislikes - Nightmares, being lonely, friends fighting out of anger, Lavix's pranks.
Other - Wears a bow behind her left ear (HER left, not the viewer's) and appears to have wings on her back - She can't fly with them.
Rithyl is a musical co-star who used to be best friends with a human for the majority of her life. After suffering from a incident that lulled her into the deepest sleep imaginable, she was inevitably left behind when there seemed to be no hope of her ever waking up. By the time of her awakening, Rithyl has unknowingly forgot about the memories of her human friend and lived a life of her own.
The incident has fueled her with a massive amount of sleep magic; naturally causing Rithyl to take frequent naps. Not many would know this upon meeting her - Rithyl has taken the task of venturing through dreams and fighting nightmares. Finding it difficult to stay awake, this had become a living for her. Due to venturing through dreams for so long, Rithyl has eventually lost sight of reality. She may be known to say the weirdest things and even break the 4th wall (not that anyone would know).
Typically the leader of a group and caretaker of Lavix. Whenever Rithyl is asleep, another will wing it for her.

This design definitely looks more Sonic-like than the previous two. It's gonna be interesting to see the rest of your Eeveelution characters in this project.

Yep, I knew she looked Sonic-like (though when I first saw this image in my notifications, my first thought was Bugs Bunny)!
As for design tweaks, I would like to see some slightly more feminine proportions for Rithyl, with wider hips like with Lavix and Nilla. What you have right now just doesn't seem feminine enough to me (though with slightly wider shoulders, these proportions might work well for male characters like Riu).
Oh, and I also think you should make Rithyl's legs more animalistic (like Lavix's), as opposed to the Sonic-like "tube legs" we have here. I hope you're reading my edited comment...
