I hope this is helpful in someway, and I really hope it comes out okay. I realize I wasn't extremely specific, but still...
The main thing you really need to do is experiment on your own. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that you are your own teacher.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to eat spaghetti and watch some Daleks Exterminate some Sh**!

Doese it realy help to keepe on drawing? I mean, my Cat drawings are horible... So, do you think if I keep drawing and drawing and drawing somehow its getting better?

I use an outdated version of photoshop called Cs5. You may have to get a newer version. It'll save you some trouble, that's for sure.Β
Yes, if you keep drawing you will definitely improve. There's this thing I heard from a friend of mine, that if you draw something 100 times, you'll master it. I don't know if it's true, but it's worth trying!

in CS5, you right click the layer and select 'Create Clipping Mask'
makes shading much easier, lol

for shading, you can create a layer above the coloring, set it to 'clipping group' and the shading will only be in the coloring of the character

That magic wand tool, if it does the same as it does in gimp, simply select the area around your lines and the you can just delete everything within that selection on your color layer

this is a useful tutorial! Theres actually a simple way to get rid of the "stupid line" that the magic wand tool makes, though, it might not work because you use such a small line.I normally use 5 px for my line art.Β
