**Edit (11/3/17)** PLEASE DO NOT: edit/trace/copy/repost/use my art/characters for roleplay or in any way.Folks, I can't stress this enough. I know Veera has become popular, but she's also become a very personal character for me. So Please, be respectful and don't take my artwork or my character designs for your own use.
Just a fun idea if Veera had a League of Legends style loading screen. I started this off kind of badly, and it took a lot more work than it should have, but I'm satisfied with how it came out.
Her theme is totally 'Speed of Light' - by Zircon...
I even thought of some game abilities:
Basic skills:
Guerrilla Tactics: Turns invisible and adds bonus movement speed for a few seconds. Effect ends if you attack or use an ability.
Charge Shot: Short ranged attack that does damage and stuns for a short time.
Nano-Shields: Adds a passive armor bonus, also when activated reduces incoming damage for a short time.
Ultimate: Blitz and run. - Dashes forward and back again, slicing up everything in the ability's path, both ways.
I can see her being more of a nuke / carry / escape character. :I

Conceptually i'd see her as an anti-carry assassin/fighter initiating with her ultimate and invisibility then stunning and wrecking people before dashing out again :> if i interpreted all these correctly.
Added to watchlist... cause... Tonfa+Phase-blades+Extraterrestrial equals awesome to me.

I play Dota2 and watch my roommate play League of Legends a lot, so I may have missed a few skills (I'm not as familiar with how League of Legends has it's skill mechanics laid out, so I used more dota2 ones for the examples) I honestly like both.
But yeah, I can see her stealth being good for initiation and escaping, The stun again for initiation and disabling, Though the ultimate I was thinking she dashes out in a line and then immediately dashes back to her original location, doing damage both ways. So that is probably better for getting a few heavy hits in the middle of the fight.

Love your OC btw, this character inspired me for some things of my own! (Storywise, I can't make Visual art :< )
When it comes to League and Dota it's the exact reverse for me! I play a lot of League and very little Dota II (I watch streams sometimes though). League has 3 skills and 1 ultimate just like Dota II i believe, but they also like to bake in a Passive which is usually always active or activated under conditions like an extra bonus! Hence i joked your character has ''Style'' combatbonus 
On the picture i think you did a great job on the lighting! The blades came out really well and i like the transparency (you can see her head tendril through it!). I keep wondering if the bearer can get harmed if they're improperly handled though, which seems possible and painful, but unlikely in her hands! The stance i think you were going for is a readied battle-stance which came out really well. I can't help but wonder what makes me think there might be something with her left leg however, it might have to do with her right gun arm obscuring her thigh or perhaps proportion? Please do take this with a grain of salt though, I'm no artist and don't mean to sound unfair!
I think your art is good and I always go by the saying that a combination of feedback and practice allows for mastery!
PS:The structure with the crystal in the left side of the background kind of reminds me of the Necrons.. (War40k)

The minute I saw this I thought LoL, BUT! I thought say, that LoL loading screens tend be more character focused, taking up at least half or a third of the image? But still, it looks very good.
