i wasn't feeling well yesterday, and was still a bit nauseous todaybut had to walk around in 100F weather under direct sunlight for about 6hrs.
i came home, drank TONS of water, slept like i was dead, woke up and ate something and feel alot better. hell yea!
i hope you are all feeling fine.
and best of luck and wishes to those affected by the hurricanes. stay safe my friends.
