this is Power Rider Bio, a Power Rider and english adaption to Kamen Rider GeatsStory: A new championship has been annouced, The Desire Brawl, a game in which contestants transform into Power Riders and compete by defeating enemies and saving people in the hopes of winning the right to bring an ideal world to life. One partcipant, a young man named Connor, is accepted into The Desire Brawl and obtains the powers of Power Rider Bio offically making him a contestant. However, the evil Masquerade and his fateful asisstant Lizzy have returned from being trapped in limbo and have decided to turn The Desire Brawl upside down with their rules coliding with the main rules while also planning a world domination plan upon the Earth, Connor hears about this and decides to stop this evil game change before it's too late. Now it is up to Power Rider Bio to stop Masquerade, Lizzy and their new army and save the Earth while also trying to win The Desire Win, because only the true hero who wins the competition will be able to realize the world they have wished for
