here is the Power Rider adaption to Kamen Rider Ghost, Power Rider Phantom Burst

Before he was a Power Rider, Harry was once a smart and brave teenager who lives in a remote town called Amster's Square and has a very grand group of friends and family

But that all changed when Harry was soon abducted by a powerful evil ghost army called The Hauntings, lead by the ressurectted Masquerade, which performed experiments on Harry in order to transform him into one of their ghostly soldiers to join The Hauntings in their plans of world domination, but luckliy, Harry manages to escape the brainwashing part of the evil experiments with the help of a young ghost named EyeBoy who was once one of The Hauntings' abductions before he escaped with Harry

After the escape, and the return to his friends and family, Harry soon discovers that not only does he have the powers of a ghost in his body, because of the experiments that The Hauntings have done on him, but he can also use them to transform into a powerful hero known as Power Rider Phantom Burst! A new form which Harry decides to use to take down Masquerade and The Hauntings before they can take over the world

Now, with EyeBoy at his side, it's up to Power Rider Phantom Burst to defeat Masquerade and The Hauntings and save the world!
