There's something wrong with these materials, you use too less hardness and yet too much intensity I think. The mesh is kinda ok but a bit too deformed near the eye socket area and top head area. And also try using 64 segment, 32 ring spheres instead of subdividing the default ones for the cheeks to get rig of the weird lines like the ones on the left cheek. Pretty decent job, and try not making the mesh too flat this time
