Here's Pixi, or Pix the Pikachu. An inventor who dedicated to make something resourceful using scrap parts from the milittary station.
After taking time of making an invention, it is finally done! With a lot of effort and making a design for his mechanical claws with a ray gun and buzzsaw, he did the rest was actually perfect! And the claws have a shocking effect that will stun a target for few seconds.
