Peabody was hogtied and dastardly beaten by animal control, as they could use any means to subdue the dog that bites. How could the civilized Peabody be confused to a rabid dog is beyond comprehensible, but onlookers did know the pain of being shocked by a taser and beaten by punches and kicks.
