I feel like there is too much going on with the model.
There are a lot of designs on her clothes, a lot of colors and textures that clash.
The yellow heels just don't work for me. The pink scarf was enough of a color contrast without the shoes.

I love the powerful pose, it sets a good tone for the piece. The pink scarf adds movement and a soft job.

What stands out about this photo to me;
* The pink and white tones. Obviously the scarf, matching some of the lingerie , and the white tones as well.
They fit perfectly...and then you have the yellow heels. A nice choice to throw a bit of yellow in there, i like how you did that
* Her pose. It's interesting...It makes me wonder if you asked her to pose like that , or if she was just moving naturally? Either way, it helps make this photograph fit together nicely.
* The background; What an interesting choice for this location! It seems so desolate, and then there is that one random little shack-like building in the back.... Plus the tire marks all over the dirt on the ground. What is this place used for I wonder? o.0

Is it my computer or is there a lot of shadow on her back? Did you mean for it to obscure some details? Well conceived image I think. Depending on what you were trying to achieve, I don't know if the shadow would be a problem.

Since you request critique, here's my humble opinion: first of all, her skin is too red, which often happens when the subject is in the shadow. You can fix this with different tools depending on which software you use to edit your pics but it's easily fixed with just a tweak of the curves tool, by taking off some red in the red channel.
Also, the use of reflectors would have helped a great deal here as you could have forwarded the natural light on her back, which would have made her a lot more in focus in your pic as here, the background is lighter than the model.
Last thing, use a polarizing filter when you shoot in the sun, it darkens whichever area you like, but is usually used to darken the sky in order to avoid burnt out highlights and more details in the sky.

Nice outfit! I like the idea of the subject being seen from the back rather than the front. Typically from what I've seen, everyone tries to do it from the front. And especially when trying to capture something such as this in a sexy way, the front pose just doesn't cut it.
