When I first saw the photograph, I immediately noticed the contrast between the models facial expression and hand gesture that resembles this sort of "Oh gosh this is so boring" scene, and the expressive open chest that lures my eyes very effectively, which I have to admit, is not boring at all.
So it delivered the impact very originally.
On the technical aspect, when I first zoomed into the picture, I noticed the focus was not on the models face, but rather on her chest, I am not sure if it was done intentionally, but in my humble opinion, in portriture, eaither everything is in focus, or the subjects eyes\face.
Anyhow, A great interesting portrait!

Although the focus kind of bugs me, I think the image is over-all not too shabby. Minus the shadowing on her face, in my opinion the face should be light/in focus. But, as mentioned in a critique you got, maybe the focus was intentional.

what did you photographed? her highly exposed clevage or facial expression? because one did not match the other for me. focusing missed the face totally. and buy her bigger bra, this one looks to tight (it's unhealthy!) 
ofc I'm not a master or something like that, this is just my opinion. I might be wrong.

The soft facial features, and contrasting makeup, and colors really make this a good piece. It doesn't have to be crazy to have interest, and this inspires me as an artist. Good work.
