Finally finished , hope you guys like, took me very long. Hopefully it's not displaying to dark for anyone, if so it's most likely gamma, did a lot of testing on the subject . My gamma is a little brighter then normal, so if your contrast and other things are also off it may not show you the lines that are actually there, distorting the whole picture. I'm Happy with the rain , also added some water reflection and many other things between the last WIP preview and now.

Will be working on a speed video of this drawing soon as well , assuming all goes well...
