Made this picture sometime ago for a Pacific Rim contest, it did not win of course, but figured I'd upload it since I never put it on DA. My version has some similarities to Gundam, grew up watching that show , but I tried to keep the body shape, etc. like Pacific Rim, as well as the glass around the face. Also drew this picture quite quick because I didn't have much time before the contest ended, so the edges could be better on the colored version.

(Info: Basically this Jaeger can't fly, the boosters are more so for falling and jumping. There are twin retractable blades in both hands that can be used simultaneous with any combination of other weapons. On the other side of the hand, there are 2 more grapple hooks, which can be used to pull a Kaiju into the Jaeger's spin blades, twin blades, spikes, or just to close the gap for bigger Kaiju. (The grapple hooks fly out on a wire then open inside the target after impact.) As I mentioned before this Jaeger also has spin blades hidden inside the chest, which mechanically spread the blades outward from standby mode, and the shoulders slide outwards to allow space for the blades to spin. If that wasn't enough, this Jaeger also has an assortment of smaller blades throughout the body for close encounters, and sticky situations. Last but not least, this Jaeger has an energy cannon, that will only work through the Jaeger's power source. The energy cannon has a limited amount of shots, or it would deplete the Jaeger completely, it is also extremely powerful and will knock the Jaeger down without ground clamps and the use of boosters. The energy cannon can also retract the barrel and fold the handle down, allowing the cannon to be attached to the back when not being used.)

(Extra: Why did I name it The Reaper? Mainly I named the Jaeger that because it's two ideas wrapped around one. There is a farming tool called a mechanical reaper which is used to harvest crops, well the blades spinning on the Jaeger are very similar to that design, as well as them being the shape of a scythe blade. Which leads me to the second part, the Grim Reaper, because the Jaeger leaves death in its wake and has scythe like blades.)
