Description Very similar to my February 18 layout, this N-gauge layout featured a few improvements.  I put more straight track on either side of the switch that leads to the stub-end sidings, and also put some straight track in the middle of the curves at either end of the oval.  Due to this use of straight track, the stub-end sidings ended up just long enough to accommodate a freight train.  My Kato JNR 2-6-4 C11 tank engine Black Rei will pick up the freight once it finishes pulling the work train around the loop.

Thanks!  I wish I could run some American trains, but there's not enough available in hobby stores for me to make a consistent-looking American train.

I hate to be captain obvious, but you may have to try Ebay to get something like that if that's the case. I have a recommendation: KATO just released Union Pacific steam locomotive 844 and it's support cars. It's a little pricey, but it looks amazing and it would be worth every penny.
