As my Bluebell Railway steam train left East Grinstead Station for the trip to Sheffield Park Station, I looked out the window of my coach and saw Ground Frame B, the controls for four switches at East Grinstead Station. I cannot read the labels clearly, but any kind of actual human-controlled switch is a rare sight in the modern era, where most switches are remotely controlled by radios and computers.
