Description

Last Thursday I took this piece into artwell peer group (the art group I go to) so I can bring back the vibrance of the background and today I went there to find it dry and looking like this. I used a sponge, acrylic silver, pink and purple paint in order to bring life back to the background.

Inspired by Elma the elephant, Thursdays inspiration at Artwell Peer Group, an art club I go to every Thursday where there is a new inspiration to work with wherever possibly provided. We were to draw our own version of Elma The Elephant using our personality to show in what we create, so I based my elephant on my favourite insect, a butterfly.

Art Tools used: HB pencil, fine line pen 0.38 and silver, magenta pink and purple acrylic paints.
