Not to be nit-picky but: when freddy was little according to the movies, he was a normal boy. When he drowned he was still normal. It wasn't until his body decomposed did he turn into the monster. It wasn't until the third friday the 13nth movie did we see jason wearing this mask. And by that time he was fully grown. In the first movie the killer is jason's mom, mentally affected by the death of her son, and in the second, jason is seen wearing some sort of sack over his head. (sorry if this is just supposed to be a small chibi version of jason. But thats how i viewed it through my eyes.)
