The final two members of Manta's action squad! Belle's back too (:

TEV: TEV's system uses both old hardware and software, their speaking modules totally bust. Because of the older technology, TEV is prone to short circuiting and timeouts which force them to walk instead of float— something they're not too fond of. They are incredibly lazy and are endlessly picked on by Manta despite them not even instigating anything. They are also currently a wanted criminal for tax evasion and missing civil service in Holographic Court. TEV doesn't really have anywhere else to go, granted going back would take them to jail and eventually prisoner slums.

Belle: With multiple counts of homicide under his belt and officially being deemed a serial killer by the Cyber-Risk Transformative Authority Unit, Belle's very existence is illegal. He has wild tendencies and his size can make him imposing for the common citizen. On a previous charge, Belle was actually caught but had somehow managed to escape, going on the run with Manta and the gang from then on. His increased physical capability despite being thin with little to no visual evidence of muscle makes him a good body guard for the group during raids, chases, and attacks.
