very nice. i like the colors u used, look very nice and variating, the center is good, but obviously this picture has no concept, and u can tell, since its just a practice. the brushing now. i like the center a lot, looks like fractals... very nicely done, cloudy and detailed. the outside portion is nice as well, although i dontlike it as much because its kinda blurry and doesnt have as much detail.. and there is some stray pixie dust there, on the top it looks kind of out of place.. and also on the top, u can see two horizontal lines, kind of out of place. nice job tho

Well, it depends what you're looking for... if you wanted ice, err, then put more contrast into light and dark...
Otherwise, looks snazy, learn well, because everybody loves the crazy art...
