Hello! Well would you look at that, it's my first posting on here! 😳

For context behind this WIP art piece, I've been working on this fantasy, slice-of-life, light-novel length book series that I've been writing for the past year, and figured “oh why not share my concepts for characters I've drawn?” and just now, I finished the base colours for a mute Pyxi called Teia Lumyn. I don't want to spoil too much of her reveal, but she appears a volume after we meet my main character’s future girlfriend arrives on the scene.

This is one of my first attempts at a portrait shot of a character and I know I could do better, so if you have any thoughts on her design, please feel free to leave them in the comments! Constructive criticism is also welcomed on my page too! 😉

Race Info:
Pyxi - A 7-to-9-inch tall, wingless fairy race, unlike the Faeri who can fly and have affinities for ALL “Core Elements”, with an affinity for Earth magic for tunnelling and a hereditary second elemental affinity.
