Dude. I do this all the time. It's a good exercise because the hand can give you easy mobility and is posable at an appropriate distance from your eye.
Good work, keep it up.
Although, work on intigrating the bottom of you thumb with the palm a tad sooner, and widen the bottom line a bit as it ends.
