I like that the balloons look tethered to the cloud. I'd rather that's what happens to lost balloons, that some cloud is out there carrying them around. Rather than the alternative of them killing fishes and birds in the oceans. :\

Yeah, I thought about having them actually tied around the clouds, but I liked the ambiguity.
Still, it would be kind of cool to think that all of those bumps were caused by strings tied around the cloud.
