I dunno, I kind of like it like it is because of the singularity/consistency of the coloring... But, if you added something like a spaceship in a complementing/contrasting color (for example, with an orange engine glow emanating out onto a large portion of the asteriods) that might work too.

I'm gonna have to agree with cheneymac. The picture has a lot of potential but it needs a little more work.
I would also recommend changing the colours a bit. I'm not sure how - maybe darker - maybe lighter - maybe more colors. I think that the needs to be slightly different shades in there to break it up a bit.

This is just my opinion and you may take it however you like. I think that this is going good.

Hey, thanks for the comment.
I agree it needed something more, but at the time I couldn't figure what.
I may update it one day with some neat spaceships or sumpthin'.
More lighting effects also.

Its a cool idea, and you it does look good. But, I think that it was not implemented to a degree with which it could achieve. Try adding more complex and multiple light sources. The objects are fine, but atm they just look kinda boring.
