Im looking through your gallery again. and ive come upon ths piece..i see i have commented onit before, however now i realize that this is not just cool. but awesome. i love it. its so creative and the mixed mediums really are working together here. you inspire me man..now i feel like doing something.

Nice mix of media again.. I love how there's so much to look at. It's busy, but not cluttered. The imagery is wonderfully composed, and spawns all sorts of ideas in your head as you're looking at it. Ideas about identity, isolation, fitting in..

mmmm first thanks for the comment... but i must say... or ask really... my rush? i dont rush anything... or plan anything... the hair... thats just how i chose to do it at that moment... and i dont hate drawing or painting... if i did... i wouldnt draw... or paint... be it hair or anything else... as for emotion being shown... i'm better at getting out the quick emotion that i am feeling at the time of me sitting down to do a painting or drawing... lots of times that cant be recaptured in a second sitting... things may come out differently than what was originally ment to be... for me any way... and no i didnt take the comment personal... i just thought i would add that in for any one else who may be thinking the same thing...

You know, I think your voice can be found in this medium.
This one captures a lot of emotions. But your rush to finish this (evident in your manner of showing hair) weakens the picture.
I'd love to see you give this approach more time and effort. Perhaps make another piece but this time source out more material. hate drawing and painting hair? Why not photocopy a bunch of good hair pictures, then collage them into one piece.
But do explore this method more. I love your use of contrast and color. There's also a uniqueness in your approach of composition.
