I really like that you did not focus on just the icicles themselves, but also the sky and trees. There is a lot of depth to the photo as a result. The light glows through the ice, giving it a lot of dimension.
The only thing I am not too sure about is the major amount of sunlight. It washes out part of the photo, yet it adds amazing color (it is just awesome that you managed to catch a small spectrum). If you increased the shadow contrast of the photo in a little bit of post-editing, it may bring the brightness down to a more reasonable level. However, it's a minor thing. The light manages to add to the photo rather than take away; it is only a slight distraction.
