Thanks to everyone for the kind birthday wishes yesterday
Image from an NHS Smokefree advert. I just liked the image and am still lacking in drawing mojo right now.
.5 and .7 mech pencil, 2B, click eraser, electric eraser, and a fair few bottles of pear cider were used in the making of this drawing.

I'm glad I read the description given the context, as I found the image of the hand around his throat, rather shocking and disturbing. Beautifully drawn.
