well it is a PLZ icon, so its for everyone to use in messages and such, but you can always copy and paste it to your pc and then upload it. I'm not saying you should, but you can if you like.

I'm glad you like it enough to use it as your personal icon, though.

if you save it as a .gif file, it'll be the same as it is on here. You have to right click on it and "save image as," then save it where ever as a gif file. if your interested in making animated icons then I have a non-finished tutorial on that here...
