Finally completed

The backstory for this vehicle, is that it's a defensive vehicle for a settlement built using a bull dozer as the chassis, adding a cannon and then using a car body as a driver's compartment to mount armour too. Ideally this vehicle wouldn't leave the settlement's perimeter due how slow it is and it's pivotally role in the settlements defence. It's pretty much a glorified self propelled gun/cannon, it could probably hold up against conventional weapons, but anything bigger easily take it out.
